The iPhone and iTouch have restrictions that allow for a total disable of web browsing and/or the access of YouTube. It is an all-or-nothing option though. Why not develop a way to enable parental restrictions similar to a NetNanny or CyberControl or something? With prices dropping I believe these could be potential Christmas presents for children, and disabling Safari and YouTube wipe out two really neat features that would be great - if controllable.
